Villa Rose Mary is located at highest point of Grottammare, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. We are surrounded by the beautiful mediterranean landscape.

Guests will have the opportunity to unwind on breezy summer evenings in the beautiful curated garden and enjoy joyful moments on the sundeck.

The villa’s unique location feels far from the busy city, but close enough to town, allowing guests to explore the wild and enjoy the best of Italy’s fine dining and fresh markets.

In just a few minutes guests can walk to the beach and explore the beautiful “marchigiano” landscape that is full of culinary, historical, artistic and cultural specialities.

From the 15th to the 10th day before arrival: no penalty
From the 9th to the third day before arrival 50% of the total.
